I personally have traveled a journey that has taken me in and out of being a dietary Vegan. However, what has remained perfectly consistent is that I am very strict about eating plant based with the exception of some dairy and fish. At Eden Fresh Cafe in Ormond Beach we have tons of vegan options or vegetarian and pescatarian options as well. Lets face it people enjoy eating, but we also enjoy living a high quality of life. It is no secret that what you put in your body is one of the largest contributors to a high quality life.
Eden Fresh Cafe does not deep fry anything. We offer some of the healthiest salads in Ormond Beach. We also offer incredible plant based dishes such as our Impossible Burger as well as many other dishes made with Impossible Meat. We want the Vegan community of Ormond Beach to have options. Unfortunately, I have not been able to eat there as I observe a strict Kosher diet. That was one of the main reasons why we decided to jump into the food business. Being Kosher, we had a terrific place to eat in Ormond Beach called Jersusalem Grill. Jerusalem also has many Vegan options, although it is mostly a meat place. That left us with a strong desire to open up a cafe that all of Ormond Beach could enjoy with lots of Vegan, vegetarian and plant based options.
